Chap. 399.—An ACT to appropriate to the military board of the State of Vir-
ginia the sum of $4,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be
used to defray the expenses incident to certain litigation now pending in
reference to the State rifle range and camp at Virginia Beach. {fH B 488]

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there
is hereby appropriated to the military board of the State of Virginia,
out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the
sum of four thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
the said appropriation to be used to reimburse the said board for any
sums expended by it in connection with certain litigation in the circuit
court of Princess Anne county and in the circuit court of the city of
Richmond, in which litigation the right of the State to use the said
rifle range is being contested and to defray the further costs and ex-
penses incident to the said litigation.
