1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act for the protection of fish in the waters of Clinch river
and its tributaries, in the county of Russell, approved March twenty-
fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty, and an act entitled an act for
the protection of fish in the streams and water courses of Russell
county, approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-
four, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
