Chap. 376.—An ACT to provide that no person, otherwise entitled to attend any
public high school in the counties of Ambherst, Nelson, Louisa, Tazewell,
Fluvanna, Goochland, Dinwiddie and Campbell, shall be denied such
privilege because of the non-payment by him or her, or someone for him
or her, of any tuition charge. {H B 484]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That no
person, otherwise entitled to attend any public high school in the
counties of Amherst, Nelson, and Louisa, Tazewell, Fluvanna,
Goochland, Dinwiddie, and Campbell shall be denied such privilege
because of the nonpayment by him or her, or someone for him or
her, of any tuition charge; provided, that any pupil, parent, or
guardian invoking the provisions off{this act shall make affidavit to
the school board, that such pupil, parent or guardian is not able to
pay said tuition.
