1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
o0ard of supervisors of James City county be, and it is hereby, auth-
rized and empowered to authorize the member of the said board
rom Stonehouse district in the said county to spend the unexpended
palance of the funds derived from the Stonehouse district road bond
sue on road number nine from the end of the concrete to the New
Kent county line.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
