ending February 29, 1928, the same to constitute a State advertising fund.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there
be, and is hereby, appropriated to the commission on conservatior
and development, out of any moneys in the State treasury not other
wise appropriated, the sum of fifty thousand dollars for each of th
years of the biennium ending on February twenty-ninth, ninetee!
hundred and twenty-eight; provided, the appropriation here mad
shall not be available if the effect thereof is to further increase th
deficit in the State treasury. The appropriation hereby made shal
be expended by the Commission on conservation and developmen
for advertising the advantages and resources of the State.

2. This act shall be in force on and after August first, ninetee
hundred and twenty-six.
