Chap. 118.—An ACT to make applicable to certain waters of the Dan river and
its tributaries the general laws of the State with respect to German carp.

Approved March 6, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That all
the general laws of the State of Virginia, with respect to German carp
shall hereafter be applicable to the waters of the Dan river and its
tributaries within Pittsylvania county and the corporate limits of
the city of Danville.

2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed.

3. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its pas-
sage.
