Chap. 98.—An ACT to prohibit the hunting, shooting or trapping of ring-necked
pheasants in Fauquier county between BS ovember 1, 1924, and November 1,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to hunt, shoot, or trap any ring-necked pheasants in the
county of Fauquier, Virginia, between November first, nineteen hundred
and twenty-four, and November first, nineteen hundred and twenty-
nine.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by.a fine of not less than five nor
more than fifty dollars, or by confinement in jail not more than thirty
days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the
tribunal trying the case.
