1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to kill, capture or chase any wild ring-necked pheasant
in the counties of Frederick and Clarke for a period of four years.
2. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, punished by a fine of
not less than five dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars.
