Chap. 320.—An ACT to provide uniform office hours for all State officers, boards,
bureaus, commissions, and institutions required by law to maintain regular
business quarters at the seat of government, with certain qualifications, and
to limit the vacation period of employees in such offices. [H B 130]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
offices of all State officers, boards, bureaus, commissions, and insti-
tutions required by law to maintain regular business quarters at the
seat of government, shall hereafter be kept open for the transaction of
public business in accordance with the executive order or orders of the
governor of Virginia as may be issued from time to time.

This act shall not apply to the offices of the legislative and judicial
departments of the State. government. :
