Chap. 299.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3159 of the Code of Virginias
which section is in chapter 126 of the said Code on the commission of fisheries-

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-one hundred and fifty-nine of the Code of Virginia, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 3159. Printing.—The superintendent of public printing
shall provide the commission with such printing, stationery, and blank
forms as may be required in the performance of its duties, and the com-
mission of fisheries shall, upon statements rendered by the superin-
tendent of public printing, issue certificates on the auditor of public
accounts covering the cost of such printing, stationery and blank forms,
payable out of the funds appropriated for the maintenance of such com-
mission, and the warrants of the auditor of public accounts issued on
such certificates shall be placed to the credit of the printing fund.
