Chap. 296.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 4146 of the Code of Virginia
as amended by an act approved March 15, 1922. [H 84]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
forty-one hundred and forty-six of the Code of Virginia, as amended by
an act approved March fifteenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 4146. Minimum capital; amount to be paid before com-
mencing business.—No trust company shall be incorporated with a less
capital than fifty thousand dollars, which shall be fully paid up before
commencing business. If the capital exceeds fifty thousand dollars, at
least that amount shall be paid before commencing business.
