Chap. 260.—An ACT authorizing the boards of supervisors of the counties of Rich-
mond, Northumberland, Lancaster, Westmoreland and Essex to make appro-
priations for the expenses of the judge of the twelfth judicial circuit. [S B 393]

Approved March 14, 1924.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
boards of supervisors of the counties of Richmond, Northumberland,
Lancaster, Westmoreland and Essex be, and they are hereby, severally
authorized to appropriate annually not exceeding two hundred and
fifty dollars each, for the expenses of the judge of the twelfth judicial
circuit.

2. Anemergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
