Chap. 25.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3463 of the Code of Vee ani
Approved February 13, 1924.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-four hundred and sixty-three of the Code of Virginia be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 3463. Judges of supreme court of appeals.—All judges of
the supreme court of-appeals of Virginia whose term of office, whether
regular or unexpired terms, began after the passage of this amendatory
act, shall receive annual salaries of six thousand dollars, except the
president of the court, who shall receive an annual salary of six thousand
two hundred dollars. Said salaries shall be paid out of the State
treasury in monthly installments. All judges of said court whose terms
of office began prior to the passage of this amendatory act shall receive
the sum then payable by law, until the expiration of their present
terms of office.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this
act are to the extent of such inconsistency hereby repealed.
