Chap. 219.—An ACT to require non-residents hunting in this State to pay the same
fee required of citizens of this State by other States when in excess of a Vir-

ginia fee. {S B 307]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That non-
resident hunters shall be required to pay the same fee for hunting in this
State which a citizen of Virginia would be required to pay in their State
when the fee is in excess of the non-resident license fee charged in Vir-
ginia.
2. The department of game and inland fisheries shall furnish the
clerks issuing hunting licenses a schedule of the non-resident hunters
license fees charged in United States.
