Chap. 198. AD ACT to amend and re-enact sections 1015 and 2172 of the Code
of Virginia. (S B 4]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, T That sections
ten hundred and fifteen and twenty-one hundred and seventy-two of the
Code of Virginia be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Section 1015. Fiscal year.—The fiscal year of each hospital and
colony shall end on the thirtieth day of June, and the directors shall
settle their accounts so as to conform thereto.

Section 2172. Fiscal year.—The fiscal year shall commence on the
first day of July and end on the thirtieth day of June.

2. This act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and
tw enty-four.
