Chap. 153.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact an
act authorizing the board of supervisors of Chesterfield county to create a
general road fund, and to provide for the permanent improvement Of roads,
approved April 2, 1902, and to create an advisory road board and to provide
for the appointment of a county superintendent of roads, as amended and re-
enacted by an act approved May 14, 1903, and to authorize the said board of
supervisors to create a general maintenance road fund, approved ifs 223}
Approved March 14, 1924.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act authorizing
the board of supervisors of Chesterfield county to create a general road
fund, and to provide for the permanent improvement of roads, approved
April second, nineteen hundred and two, and. to create an advisory
road board, and to provide for the appointment of a county superin-
tendent of roads, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved May
fourteenth, nineteen hundred and three, and to authorize the said board
of supervisors to create a general maintenance road fund, approved
March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and eighteen, be, and the same 1s
hereby, repealed.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in effect from its pas-
sage.
