Chap. 143.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3209 of the Code of Virginia
in relation to non-resident fishing licenses. [fH B 193}

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-two hundred and nine of the Code of Virginia be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 3209. Non-residents to obtain license.—It shall be unlaw-
ful for any non-resident of the State unless such non-resident be the
guest of an individual resident of the State to angle with pole and line
or cast or angle with rod and reel for fish in any of the streams of the
State above where the tide ebbs and flows, without first procuring a
license in the manner as provided for non-resident hunting license,
except that fee for non-resident fishing license shall be two and one-
half dollars.
