Chap. 129.—An ACT to authorize the college of William and Mary in Virginia to
sell and convey a certain strip of land from a tract owned by it, not used by
it, and containing four-fifths of an acre more or less. [H B 268. ]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
college of William and Mary in Virginia, be, and is hereby, authorized,
in the discretion of its board of. visitors, to sell and convey, at a price
deemed adequate by it, a certain strip of land not used by said college,
containing four-fifths of an acre, more or less, and lying in the rear of
the Sigma Nu Fraternity house, the said strip being seventy (70) feet
in width, and taken from the entire western side of a tract conveyed to
said college by Kate Long and husband, June thirtieth, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-four.
