Chap. 100.—An ACT for the protection of foxes in the counties of Henry, Madison

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, that it shall be
unlawful for any person to kill or capture, or buy, sell, or offer for sale,
any red or gray fox in the counties of Henry, Madison, Orange, Tazewell
and Pittsylvania, between the fifteenth day of March and the fifteenth
day of September in each year. Any person violating the provisjerf$or-
this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon cgf |
thereof, shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more thg A a
five dollars for each offense. |
