Chap. 27.-An ACT repealing an act to authorize the board of super-
visors of Madison county to borrow $15,000.00, and issue bonds
therefor, for the permanent improvement and construction of roads

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act to authorize the board of supervisors of Madison county
to borrow the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, and issue bonds
therefor, for the permanent improvement and construction of
roads and bridges in said county, approved March nineteenth,
nineteen hundred and twenty, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
