Chap. 108.—An ACT to authorize the treasurer of the State of Virginia
to pay into the general fund of the State treasury monies which have
been received by him since February 1st, 1922, in pursuance of section
4211 of the Code of Virginia. [S B 82].

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the treasurer of the State of Virginia having so requested, be
and he is hereby authorized to pay into the general fund of the
State treasury all monies which have been received by him since
February first, nineteen hundred and twenty-two in pursuance
of section forty-two hundred and eleven of the Code of Vir-
ginia, having first deducted the cost of the safekeeping of the
securities deposited with him by virtue of said section forty-two
hundred and eleven, and that the auditor of public accounts is
eee to receive the same and to issue his official receipt
therefor.
