Chap. 495.—An ACT confirming a payment by the auditor of public accounts to
Lynchburg city farm, and authorizing the payment of two hundred and
sixty-four dollars to said city farm. [H B 494]

Approved March 25, 1920.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
action of the auditor of public accounts in paying the sum of seven
hundred and sixteen dollars and seventy-two cents for maintenance of
boys under seventeen years of age at the Lynchburg city farm be,
and the same is, hereby confirmed, and he is hereby directed not to
institute any suit or action for the recovery thereof.

2. That the auditor is hereby authorized to pay the city farm of
Lynchburg the sum of two hundred and sixty-four dollars for account
approved by the corporation court of the city of Lynchburg, June
fourth, nineteen hundred and nineteen.
