1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to obstruct the natural flow of Pole Cat
creek in Caroline county -by cutting trees in same; piling underbrush
and waste material or in any manner whatever whereby the adjacent
land owners thereto may be injured.
Zz. Any person violating this act shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined not less than ten
dollars or confined in the county jail not less than fifteen days or
both at the discretion of the court.
