CHAP. 433.—An ACT in relation to fishing in Middlesex or any other county.

Approved March 23, 1920.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be lawful for the owner, lessees or sub-lessees of ponds in Middlesex
or any other county to capture pond bass, not for sale (commonly
called Southern chub) in such ponds as may be stocked by such owners
or lessees at any time.
2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are to that
extent hereby repealed.
