1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
three rooms to the right of the entrance to the basement under the
Senate wing of the Capitol building shall be, and the same are hereby.
assigned to the use and occupancy of the legal, rate, securities, and
engineering departments of the State corporation commission, and
such other officers, clerks and employees of the State corporation
commission as may be designated by the said commission, provided,
however, that during the sessions of the general assembly said rooms
shall be vacated, if required for use as committee rooms, and if so
required, they shall be vacated upon the request of the presiding
officers of the senate and house of delegates.
