Chap. 31.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact
chapter 598 of the acts of the general assembly of Virginia, approved
March 3, 1894, entitled an act in relation to working and keeping in repair
the roads and bridges of Alexandria county, as amended by an act ap-
proved March 3, 1896, approved February 11, 1898. [H B 29]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled “an act to amend and re-enact chapter five hundred and
ninety-eight of the Acts of the general assembly of Virginia, ap-
proved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, entitled an
act in relation to working and keeping in repair the roads and bridges
of Alexandria county, as amended by an act approved March third,
eighteen hundred and nine-six,” approved February eleventh, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
