Chap. 302.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3210 of the Code of Vir-
ginia. [H B 354]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-two hundred and ten of the Code of Virginia be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Sec. 3210. Penalty for violating any provision of four preceding
sections; counties excepted—Any person violating any of the pro-
visions of the four preceding sections shall be deemed guilty of a mis
demeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dol:
lars, nor more than fifty dollars, or imprisonment in jail for not more
than thirty days, or both, at the discretion of the justice or jury trying
the case. The provisions of the four preceding sections shall not
apply to the counties of Floyd, Washington, Botetourt, Bland, Giles.
Highland, Augusta, Smyth, Craig, Rockbridge, Pulaski and Mont-
gomery.
