Chap. 294.—-An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3330 of the Code of Vir-
ginia. [H B 486]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-three hundred and thirty of the Code of Virginia be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Sec. 3330. Non-resident licenses; how obtained.—Any non-resi-
dent of this State who is a citizen of the United States may procure
a license for hunting in this State by making application as provided
in the preceding sections, and by paying the said clerk the sum of
not less than ten dollars; but any non-resident owning real estate in
this State, or the tenant thereon, shall be permitted to hunt upon his
own lands without obtaining any license, and any person actually
residing within the corporate limits of, any city or incorporated town,
a part of which city or incorporated town is located in this State, and
a part in any of the States adjoining this State, shall be entitled to
apply for and have issued to him a State hunter’s license at the rate
provided in the preceding section of this chapter; but this provision
shall not apply unless and until the State wherein such city or incor-
porated town is located shall extend a like privilege to the Virginia
part of such city or incorporated town.
