Chap. 200.—An ACT in relation to fish ladders in Floyd county. (H B 435)
Approved March 16, 1920.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
construction of fish ladders in Floyd county shall be under the super-
vision and control of the board of supervisors of said county, and the
expense of constructing any such fish ladders shall be paid out of
the county funds.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are to that
extent hereby repealed.
