Chap. 195.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to authorize
and require the board of supervisors of Warren county to issue bonds of
the said county not in excess of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) to bear
interest at the rate of five per centum per annum; to pay for the completion
of the road leading from Browntown to Bentonville, in South river district
in said county; and to levy a tax on the taxable property of said district
to pay the interest on said bonds and provide a sinking fund for their
redemption, approved February 10, 1920. [H B 360]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to authorize and require the board of supervisors of
Warren county to issue bonds of the said county not in excess of fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000.00) to bear interest at the rate of five per
centum per annum; to pay for the completion of the road leading
from Browntown to Bentonville, in South river district in said county;
and to levy a tax on the taxable property of said district to pay the
interest on said bonds and provide a sinking fund for their redemption,
approved February tenth, nineteen hundred and twenty, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Warren county be authorized and required
to issue bonds of the said county, not in excess of fifteen thousand
dollars ($15,000.00), to bear interest at the rate of six per centum
per annum to pay for the completion of the road leading from Brown-
town to Bentonville in South river district in said county; and to levy
a tax on the taxable property of said district to pay the interest on
the said bonds and provide a sinking fund for their redemption. _
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
