1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any
newspaper published in a city adjoining or wholly or partly withir
the geographical limits of any county, shall be deemed to be publishec
in such county or counties as well as in such city, for the purpose
of legal advertisement, provided there shall be no newspaper printe¢
in the county or counties within which the city is located.
