Chap. 15.—An ACT to repeal section 3009 of the Code of Virginia. [H B 10]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
three thousand and nine of the Code of Virginia be, and the same 1s,
hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
