Chap. 96.—An ACT to authorize and empower the town of Richlands, in Taze-
well county, Virginia, through its mayor and town council, to sell and
convey all school property, situate in said town, belonging to it, to Maiden
Spring district school board. [S B 4]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the town of Richlands, in Tazewell county, Virginia, through its
mayor and town council, be and it is hereby authorized and em-
powered to sell and convey all school property, including all school
buildings, clubhouse and lots, situate in said town and belonging to it,
to Maiden Spring district school board at such price and upon such
terms as may seem advisable to the mayor and town council of said
town.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall take effect. from the date
of its passage.
