1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful for any person to take, catch or destroy in any of
the waters of Buchanan county any fish between the first day of
November and the first day of July following. Any person violating
the provisions of this act shall be fined not less than five nor more
than twenty-five dollars.
