Chap. 468.—An ACT to authorize the commissioner of the department of game
and inland fisheries to issue non-resident hunting and fishing licenses to
United States field inspectors of the bureau of biological survey, depart-
ment of agriculture, and United States field inspectors of the bureau of
fisheries, department of commerce. [H B 392]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
commissioner of game and inland fisheries is authorized to issue non-
resident hunting and fishing licenses to the field inspectors of the
bureau of biological survey and the bureau of fisheries of the United
States, residents of the city of Washington, D. C., upon application
for such by the chiefs of said bureaus, provided, that not more than
ten such licenses shall be issued on request to said inspectors in
each bureau in any one callendar year.
