Chap. 44.—An ACT prescribing the number of times of commencement of the
regular terms of court of the eighth judicial circuit. [S B 43]

Approved February 17, 1922.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
number and times of commencement of the regular terms of court
of the eight judicial circuit shall be as follows:

Albemarle—First Monday in February, April, June, August, Octo-
ber and December. -

Madison—First Monday in January, March, May, July, Septem-
ber and November.

Greene—Third Monday in January, March, May, July, September
and November.

2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed.
