Chap. 286.—An ACT designating Primary Road No. 1 of the State highway
system as the Jefferson Davis highway. (H B 291]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That pri-
mary road number one of the State highway system, as established
by an act approved January thirty-first, nineteen hundred and
eighteen, is hereby designated, and shall hereafter be known as, the
Jefferson Davis highway, in honor of the only president of the Con-
federates States of America.
