Chap. 194.—An ACT to prohibit any person from killing, capturing or chasing
deer in the county of King and Queen for a period of five years. [H B 464]
Approved March 15, 1922.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful to kill, capture or chase deer in the county of King
o Queen for a period of five years beginning on the passage of
this act.
2. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
exceeding one hundred dollars, or confined in jail not exceeding one
month, or both.
3. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
