CHAP. 76.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact
an act to provide for the opening, altering, changing and working the
public roads in the county of Warren, approved February 18, 1886,
to provide for the working, repairing, opening, altering, changing,
and building of the public roads, bridges, ferries and landings in War-
ren county, Virginia, as amended by an act approved March 18, 1908.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
in act entitled an act to amend and re-enact an act to provide for
he opening, altering, changing and working the public roads in
he county of Warren, approved February eighteenth, eighteen
1undred and eighty-six, to provide for the working, repairing,
ypening, altering, changing and building of the public roads,
ridges, ferries and landings in Warren county, Virginia, as
zmended by an act approved March thirteenth, nineteen hundred
und eight, be, and the same is hereby, repealed, to the end that
he general road laws of the State shall govern and regulate the
‘vening, changing, working, repairing and constructing the roads
and bridges in said county of Warren.
2. In view of the fact that the present term of the road com-
missioners will expire on January first, nineteen hundred and
twenty, this act shall be in force from that date.
