CHAP. 22.—An ACT to fix the salary of the assistant attorney general of
Virginia. [H B 35]

Approved September 4, 1919.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the salary of the assistant attorney general of this State shall
be three thousand, six hundred. dollars per annum, to be paid out
of any money in the State treasury not otherwise appropriated.
All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
