Chap. 19.—An ACT to permit the board of supervisors of Prince William
county to pay over to the Warrenton and Fairfax Turnpike Company,
Inc., the sum of $2,000.00 to be used in the improvement of that part
of the road of said company between Bull Run and Gainesville in
said county. [H B 44]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia. That
the board of supervisors of Prince William county in pursuance
f a resolution of said board passed on the twenty-eighth day of
July, nineteen hundred and nineteen, be and they are hereby au-
thorized to pay to the Warrenton and Fairfax Turnpike Com-
yany, Incorporated, the sum of two thousand dollars in install-
ments of five hundred dollars each, payable January first, nine-
een hundred and twenty, January first, nineteen hundred and
\wenty-one, January first, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, and
January first, nineteen hundred and twenty-three, out of county
levy of said county, and said amount so to be paid shall be a
credit on the amount to be paid company by said county, when-
aver said county desires to take over so much of the road of said
company as lies in Prince William county, as contemplated by
act of general assembly permitting said company to take over
a certain road in Prince William and Fairfax county.
2. An emergency existing in order that the said company
may realize upon the payments to be made as aforesaid, and use
the same in the improvement of said road from Bull Run to
Gainesville, this act shall be in force from its passage.
