Chap. 175.—JOINT RESOLUTION requesting Governor to Return to the
House of Delegates Senate Bill 158.

Agreed to June 16, 1870.

Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the gov-
ernor be and he is hereby respectfully requested to return to
the house of delegates senate bill No. 158, amending the Code
in regard to granting injunctions.
