Chap. 7.—An ACT to xamend and re-enact section 3059-y of an act entitled an
act to amend and re-enact section 3057 of the Code of Virginia, as amend-
ed and re-enacted by an act approved December 26, 1903, and as further
amended and re-enacted by an act approved March 9, 1906, and as further
amended and re-enacted by an act approved February 29, 1908, and as
further amended and re-enacted by an act approved March 14, 1908, and
also to amend and re-enact section 8059 of the Code of Virginia, as
amended and re-enacted by an act approved December 26, 1903, entitled
an act to repeal sections 3063, 3065, 39066, 3067, of the Code of Virginia,
and to amend and re-enact sections 3056, 3057, 3058, 3059, 3060 and 3062
of the Code, as heretofore amended, and as further amended by an act
approved February 23, 1904, and as further amended by an act approved
March 15, 1904, and as further amended by an act approved March 14,
1906, as to the times for holding regular terms of the courts in the sev-
eral circuits, and giving jurisdiction to courts during recess, whether ad-
journed for the purpose of opening or holding another term, or part or
portion there or otherwise, which the judges of the circuit courts now
have in vacation, and as further amended and re-enacted by an act ap-
proved March 14, 1908, and as further umended by an act approved Feb-
ruary 26, 1910, and as amended and re-enacted by an act approved March
4, 1912, approved March 27, 1914, relating to the terms of the circuit court
for the twenty-second circuit. [S B 43]

lL. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tion three thousand and fiftv-nine-v of an act entitled an act to
amend and re-enact section three thousand and fifty-seven of the
(ode of Virginia, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved
December twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and three, and as further
amended and re-enacted by an act approved March ninth, nineteen
hundred and six, and as further amended and re-enacted by an act
approved February twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and eight, and
as further amended and re-enacted by an act approved March four-
tenth, nineteen hundred and eight, and also to amend and re-enact
section three thousand and fifty-nine of the Code of Virginia, as
amended and re-enacted by an act approved Deceraber twenty-sixth,
nineteen hundred and three, entitled an act to repeal sections three
thousand and sixty-three, three thousand and sixty-five, three thou-
sand and sixty-six, three thousand and sixty-seven of the Code of
Virginia, and to amend and re-enact sections three thousand and
fifty-six, three thousand and fifty-seven, three thousand and fifty-
eight, three thousand and fifty-nine, three thousand and sixty and
three thousand and sixty-two of the Code, as heretofore amended,
and as further amended by an act approved February twenty-third,
nineteen hundred and four, and as further amended by an act ap-
proved March fifteenth, nineteen hundred and four, and as further
amended by an act approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred
and six, as to the times for holding regular terms of the courts in the
several circuits and giving jurisdiction to courts during recess,
whether adjourned for the purpose of opening or holding another
term or part or portion there or otherwise, which the judges of the
circuit courts now have in vacation, and as further amended and
re-enacted by an act approved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred
and eight, and as further amended by an act approved February
twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and ten, and as amended and re-
enacted by an act approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and
twelve, approved March twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and four-
teen, relating to the terms of the circuit court for the twenty-second
circuit, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
TWENTY-SECOND CIRCUIT.
Sec. 3059-v. Giles—Tuesday after fourth Mondays in March,
June and October. .
P pnt Second Monday in March and July, third Monday in
ctober.
Tazewell.—Third Tuesday in February, first Tuesday in May,
and the fourth Tuesday in August and November.
This act shall continue in force only until the revised Code shall
become effective.
‘An emergency existing creating the necessity for holding terms
of court under this act, this act shall be in force from its passage.
