Chap. 43.—An ACT to appropriate money to the convict lime board to remove
deficit in the funds available for use at the State lime grinding plants
at Staunton and Irvington. {H B 101]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
sum of eleven thousand dollars is hereby appropriated to the con-
vict lime board, for the use of the State lime grinding plant at
Staunton and the sum of nineteen thousand dollars for the use of
the State lime grinding plant at Irvington, to be paid out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, on the warrant
of the governor as chairman of the convict lime board.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
