1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act approved February sixteenth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, en-
titled an act to create for the county of Princess Anne, Virginia, a
commission of roads, bridges and wharves, and to prescribe the
powers and duties of such commission, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

9. An emergency existing, this act shall take effect and be in
force from its passage.
