Chap. 371.—An ACT to provided for deposit and disbursement of donations
for public free school purposes. [S B 336]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
any donations made or to be made to the board of education, or to
any individual member thereof, for the benefit of any public free
school or schools in the Commonwealth, may be paid into the treas-
ury upon the warrant of the second auditor, who shall enter the
same In a separate account on the books of that office. And such
donations shall be paid out in accordance with the wishes of the
donor upon the order of the board of education upon the second
auditor as other school funds are now disbursed by said board.
