Whereas, on the tenth day of July, eighteen hundred and ninety-
three, the Commonwealth obtained judgment in the county court
of Scott county, Virginia, on a bond against Martha E. Hensley,
J.C. Larkey and S. E. Head, for three hundred and fifty-four dol-
lars and four cents, and six dollars and ninety-nine cents cost; and,
Whereas, said judgment has been partly, if not wholly paid; and,
Whereas, the receipts of payments are lost or destroyed, and
5. E Head and J. C. Larkey have long since departed this life;
therefore, 7
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of.'Virginia, That
Martha E. Hensley and the estates of S. E. Head and J. C. Larkey
be relieved from the payment of any balance shown 'to be due by
the records on said judgment, that the clerk of the circuit court of
Scott county be directed and authorized to mark ‘said judgment
satisfied on the judgment lien docket where docketed and on the
execution book.
