Chap. 202.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Orange county
to provide annual allowances for the clerk, sheriff and Commonwealth
attorney of said county. [H B 391]

Approved March 14, 1918.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Orange county be, and they are hereby, au-
thorized to determine the annual allowances to the clerk, sheriff and
Commonwealth’s attorney of the said county in any case and not
more than nine hundred dollars, payable out of the county treasury.

This act shall apply for the years nineteen hundred and eighteen
and nineteen hundred and nineteen.

2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed.
