1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
sum of ten thousand dollars, be, and the same is hereby, appropri-
ted to build a cottage for tubercular teachers at Catawba; pro-
ded the sum of fifteen thousand dollars is contributed to this fund
y the State teachers’ association.

,2. The State board of health shall have full charge of erecting
aid cottage and all money used for this purpose shall be paid out
n vouchers issued by the State board of health.

_ 8. Admittance to the teachers’ cottage shall be on recommenda-
on of the State teachers’ association, and under regulations pre-
rribed by the State board of health.
