Approved January 31, 1918.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
hoard of supervisors of Culpeper county, Virginia, be, and it is
hereby authorized and empowered in its discretion to pay off out of
road district sinking fund, the following bonds, together with all
accrued interest due thereon:
First bond in the sum of $386.83, which was due December 1
1914; bond in the sum of $368.83, which was due December 1, 1915:
bond in the sum of $350.83, which was due December 1, 1916; and
bond in the sum of $594.89, which was due December 1, 1917, and
all unpaid interest thereon. All of said bonds having heretofore
been issued for the building of a certain macadamized road in Ca-
talpa magisterial district, in the county of Culpeper, Virginia, con-
structed by J. M. Colvin, deceased.
An emergency existing, by reason of the fact of no fund being
available out of which to pay said bonds, and the board of super-
visors being anxious to pay off and retire the same at the earliest
opportunity, this act shall be in force its passage.
